This project involved the re-development of a residential plot in Rathmines, Dublin. The brief was to provide a house suitable for a group of nuns to live communally while still retaining a ‘home’ feeling. The existing 1970s house was demolished as it was not sufficiently accessible. The 10 bedroom house is approx 700m2 built in red brick to compliment the surrounding victorian period houses.
I acted as architectural assistant for COADY architects on this project until planning permission was granted.
