A series of photographs taken around Moorgate and the edge of the City of London.
The aim of the compositions was to focus close in on the details of the street scenes, using telephoto lens and shallow depth of field to render the background out of focus. As with other recent projects these have been taken with wide apertures (F/5.6 or larger) and telephoto lens to compress the scenes.
Most of the images have been rendered in black and white to illustrate the forms of the scenes without the distraction of colours.
