🌸'Pietà - Good times holding bad times'🌸

This is my very own Pietà - what usually is a Christian depiction of Mother Mary holding dying Jesus, here is my ode to life's ups and downs. This has been a pretty tough winter for me in all the aspects possible; I've had a lot of sadness, stress and changes followed by being rather unproductive. In times like this it's hard to remember that it will not
last forever, but for me it's also the other way around - when I feel really wonderful I tend to forget that this is not given, and sometimes I trust a silly idea that nothing will ever be wrong again. Well, obviously - life is one big sine wave and this is a normal thing. And only apperciation of both will give us a full joy that the good times brings.

This illustration is the first one of my planned series which will celebrate the dramatic connection (at least for me!) between good and bad times; the struggle of not loosing the last spark hope in depression. More to come soon!
