As a final project for Exhibition Design Studio I at the Corcoran, we were challenged to use an existing collection, catalog, and location to design an exhibition and illustrate our concept in a presentation packet. Given a collection on Grant Wood, I chose to focus my exhibition on interpreting the design, function, and influence of his studio home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa from the perspective of a curious artist and craftsman.
