For the first part of our COVID-19 trilogy, this illustration created by Mekhi, showcases what the world was like before the coronavirus started hitting almost the entire world. Before COVID-19, people were actually comfortable going outside, walking to school, playing in the park, working, and socializing with their friends since they didn’t have to worry about a life-threatening virus sprained through their area. Kids would go to school, play in the park, and socialize with their friends without social distancing. No staying in doors 24/7, no mask wearing, no online classes, none of that. It was all just normal. Or at least it was supposed to be until the coronavirus started ruining everything weeks after 2020 began.
