LGBTQ+ Summer Camp Company Branding

Branding a summer camp for kids ages 13 through 17 is one task that I have taken on. Creating the idea behind MPJ Youth Summer camp was inspired by my feeling of discomfort I felt at summer camp after I came out, feeling like I didn’t belong. Two projects I created for this brand included packaging design for a take–home bag for campers at the end of their session that includes a tote bag, a t–shirt, refrigerator magnets, and a CD, and a calendar design for campers to take home as well, that contain images of works by LGBTQ+ artists. The theme surrounding these projects were to help LGBTQ+ kids to believe in themselves and the things they could do, regardless of their identities.
