Didot Event Flier

The assignment for this was to design a flier for a hypothetical event honoring a font of our choice. My goal was to communicate the relevancy of the font overtime since it’s original creation. My color scheme was inspired by images I found related to the 1700s. My imagery and slogan were inspired by VOGUE; a very popular fashion company that still uses the Didot typeface in their logo and on all their magazines.
