There are things that make our skin crawl... Nightmares that make us uncomfortable, feel unwelcome; they give us visions so dark that we crawl further under the covers at night ensuring that our feet are not hanging off the bed... Beyond our nightmares, there are fears that are real; reasons we make sure the doors are locked, fears that entice us to hide inside, that deceive us into thinking we must hoard supplies in order to survive. When there is fear, there is silence. A silence so deafening, all your can hear is the sound of your breathing and the Thump... Thump... Thump... of your uneasy heart.
