在歷史建築屏東菸葉廠中，「氤氳與腦神經趴踢」以屏東一級產業為主題，歸納出「一綠、二紅、二黑、二黃」的產業顏色，設置了以菸草為主的七個產業體驗箱，分別是「綠色黃金」─菸葉、「紅色寶石」─紅豆、玫瑰，「黃色礦產」─香蕉、鳳梨，以及「黑色鑽石」─咖啡、可可。邀請觀眾將頭探進體驗箱中，感受各產業不同的聲音及氣味，藉由感官的線索、拼湊出屏東產業的獨特風貌及未來想像。
這些設定，讓我想到某一種以蒐集寶石為主要任務的懷舊冒險遊戲，可愛、簡單、直覺、場景在「古代」。配合菸葉廠「歷史再造」的概念，我以現代的造形構成來詮釋，並呼應「產業」一詞的規格化意象，將探進體驗箱後驚呼的人臉圖形作為基底，組合搭配不同產業的icon、系統性地整合展場的視覺設計。

The PTTF SoundÎSmell Exhibition, held in the Pingtung Tobacco Factory (a historical building), is themed on the primary sector of the economy and introduces the colors of “one green, two reds, two blacks, and two yellows” of the industry. Seven tobacco-related boxes were subsequently created, which contained tobacco leaves (“green” gold); red beans and roses (“red” gems); bananas and pineapples (“yellow” minerals); and coffee and cocoa (“black” diamonds). Visitors are invited to put their heads into the boxes to experience the sound and smell of these items and piece together the unique features and future of Pingtung’s industries.
The aforementioned setting is reminiscent of a nostalgic adventure game where the main goal was to collect gems. The setting is cute, simple, intuitive, and ancient time–based. On the basis of the concept of historical reconstruction, modern forms are presented to echo the normalized imagery of “industries.” Visitors’ astonished faces inside the boxes are used as the basis to be combined with different industry icons to systematically integrate the exhibition hall visual designs.
