Nucleus is a new sub-brand of Cushman & Wakefield, which introduces a tool that allows all internal staff to access files through one portal, and with ease. 

The aim of this product is for the firm to become the most insightful real estate firm in the UK. To emphasize on the market-changing product, an impactful, futuristic concept is essential. Along with this it is important to convey an ‘easy and smooth’ feel through the design across all the collateral. 

The design uses a dark, wavy image that represented an abstract architectural roof. The waviness introduces a smooth approach, and the dark image highlights impact. To support the logo, and give the sub-brand a unique distinction, a graphic of faint circles of different sizes and layouts is used in combination with the main content, giving it a further light-futuristic touch. 

The deliverables involved animation of the logo for a digital screen, social media posts, flyers and presentation templates. The client showed immense admiration for the hard work and skill put into the design, as it exceeded their expectations within the strict budget.
