Rubbishes are all around the Finchley. It makes environment looks ugly. I thought if I create graphic posters that can grab people’s attention about current rubbish problem.

I realized there are loads of rubbishes around the east Finchley. So I thought making bins fancy would catch people’s eye and start to use them properly.

This map shows the locations of the various bins, garbage bags and trashes in Finchley Central. It includes known locations symbols like Underground to make the map more accurate and help audiences to understand easier the spotted locations. Garbage truck, car, tree and building vectors are used to generate a map that is visually interesting and engage the audiences. Collage image used in the background made by collections of rubbish photos to relate the map is about the rubbish.

The purpose of this book is to show people how photography can change people’s thoughts about rubbish. You will see a different perspective of looking at Finchley’s rubbish. Everything is all about how you look. Rubbish is not rubbish. You will see how even rubbish can look nice in Finchley if you use photography right
