2D animation inspired by a game called "Limbo".

The name has a phonetic resemblance to “alone” which is the core emotion the character needs to portray. Lorne is an Archetypal orphan and therefore has the desire to belong. He chases after the Sage without hesitation and becomes corrupted in the process because of his weakness of blending in with his surroundings, a part of his personality that is also reflected by his colour in comparison to the environment. The sage in this story is a white buck, representing purity and freedom. The Sage presents itself at the beginning of the story, seeking information about Lorne, who is sitting alone in the forest. When Lorne follows the Sage, it guides him through the rough terrain, but Lorne becomes enraged by the environment that holds him back.

The sage looks at Lorne’s transformation in despair, but does nothing at first, due to his Archetypal weakness of inaction. The Black & White style shows the opposing sides of light and dark in the animation, with darkness corrupting and light releasing.
