This project was an Interaction Design & UX deliverable within Sheridan’s IMM program. Its aim was to synthesize content from an interview in order to understand a user’s relationship with an application. I chose to focus on Facebook to get a deeper perspective on why it has been experiencing a steady decline in popularity over the last few years.
