The outcome of the studio was a series of propositions, recommendations, improvements, and innovations. Those ideas (e.g. process design, service design, interface designs, transition design, user experience design) resulted in a visual hands-on design. Besides that, a range of Graphic Design skills (poster, booklet), and Interaction Design & Screen Design skills (e.g. interactive prototypes, MVPs, mock-ups, mobile and web apps, chatbots, animations, videos, installations) were be used in order to illustrate our design solutions. We were also introduced to software for wireframing, rapid prototyping, UI design and interaction design as the course focused on a digital practical outcome. Here are the slides we presented to panel of experts.
Based on a remarkable study by two psychologists - Sheena Iyengar and Mark Lepper in the early 2000s, shoppers at an upscale food market were more attracted to a display table with 24 varieties of gourmet jams than another with six types of the same jam. But when it came to purchasing, people who saw the larger display were one-tenth as likely to buy as the ones who saw the smaller one.

Based on this study, Proctor and Gamble went from 26 kinds of Head and Shoulders shampoo down to 15, and they saw a 10% increase in sales. Similarly, can a decrease in features of a digital product improve an organisation's productivity and efficiency?
