This landmark building in North York is differentiated by having a large formally designed park at its front door. Drawing inspiration from this unique feature we created a brand that, not only was the first letter of the name, but also was representative of the central feature of the park. The brochure cover captured the landscape’s symmetry with details embossed, debossed and foil stamped. Inside pages displayed leaf images of trees inspired by the future parks’ proposed landscape.
