The target audience for this assignment was individuals like myself, 20 something year olds living in the city distressed, looking for something thats hard to address. I don't care much for voting so I made posters that would catch the attention of someone like me. The overall theme to this work is the 3p principle: poetic, practical, & persuasive.

In 2015 Americ an football blew up in the emo scene, despite having not been a band since the late 90's. They became a internet sensation as a meme format within the emo community. The audience for this is the emo community. The idea is using the popular meme format in a professional manner to convince the silly punks to VOTE.
Above is mass street in Lawrence, Kansas. This is right outside of the Granada, the biggest music venue in Lawrence, where Americ an Football played at back in September 2019. The poster is located where the line stretches out when people wait to get in.
