Ask A&E

“Ask A&E offers you rapid NHS answers you can trust to help you decide what to do next based on the seriousness of your symptoms and the urgency of your illness.”

This new initiative is a collaboration between NHS University Hospitals Birmingham and Babylon Health, with the aim to combine technology and the clinical expertise of UHB staff to improve patient experience and care.

GRIN were asked by NHS UHB to develop the name, strapline, visual identity and brand guidelines for this new digital symptom checker. Our approach invites the user to ask for clinical help and encourage the opportunity for conversation with an expert through the use of the iconic three dot ‘chat’ symbol. This icon is then used as a graphical device throughout the other marketing collateral to further promote the brand and make it a recognisable platform. The colour palette features navy and teal that is reminiscent of hospital theatre scrubs; evoking a professional and clinical feel.
Thanks for watching!
