A well known broadband provider wished to rebrand its customer help videos. I was asked to tackle this one - all about how to take your broadband services with you if you move home. This was planned to be done as an example for other video providers to use as a style reference.

An initial storyboard was developed, based on the VO script to show how the story could be conveyed with iconography.

Later a more highly detailed storyboard was requested to show the visual journey through the information. Far more onscreen text was requested by the client in case people viewed the video without sound.

Two versions were requested - one where the camera moves and stops and the other where it drifts a little after the main moves.  Here below is a short comparison between the same section in both styles.  The drift version was much preferred because it keeps you on the journey.
