This Shadez of Michelle Illuminated Art Piece was created in 2009 for Channel 56 in Hobart Indiana
USA. She started as a small brown, slightly damaged lamp base with no lamp shade, and was transformed into this lovely ivory Illumated Art Piece with light mauve accents. Her Vintage lamp shade frame was stripped and recovered in a soft mauve morie' print and accented with an ivory chiffon pleating and a silky ivory bow. The alternating panels display a sugared rose over the same print. Hand crafted glass bead fringe, ivory French gimp trim and soft mauve rose trim were her finishing touches.
