A large number of the festival are celebrated in Nepal every year. Among them, the main festival in Nepal is Dashain, Tihar, Buddha Jayanti, Lhosar, Bisket Jatra, Chhath, Mahashivaratri, Holi and Teej. All these festival are celebrated in Nepal by all ethnic group.
