Derek and Kaitlyn Neustaeter are a married couple that provide outstanding video services in Swift Current, SK. It seems that each time I see a new video they make, it's better than the last. They have a passion for both their work and the people they work with. They might be a bit too nice if you ask me!

Over the past couple of years, the Neustaeters have become my friends, and our relationship pretty much began with this logo job. I am often grateful to know them, and love having the odd opportunity to work with them.

The Saskatchewan Landing is a special place in their lives, so as videographers and storytellers, they named their business after it. I wanted to find a minimalistic way to represent The Landing, which eventually boiled down to refreshing colours and a swoosh that encompasses the hills found there.

Towards the end of our process, I threw together a pretty cool bird silhouette, with an abstracted landscape of The Landing within the bird. The yellow at the top representing a sunset, the greens in the middle representing the hills, and the blue at the bottom representing the water.

Months after completing their logo project, we also updated their 'Life in Action Wedding' logo. You can find it at the bottom of the page.
