We have designed a catalog for the St. Petersburg construction company Sun Residence Group (SRG), which is engaged in construction of country houses. This magazine is targeted new customers of the organization. Our goal was to make clients’ first impression of the company as good as possible. To achieve this goal, we have chosen a neat and minimalistic design.

SRG catalog starts with “about company” section to fill customers in and focus their attention on the competitive advantages of SRG company. We made sure the navigation through the book is convenient and intuitive. Each new section is accompanied by an internal cover.

After the “about company” section, there are pages with company services. Next section - main part of the catalog with projects of houses (including it’s specification, description and layouts).

SRG has developed over 70 house designs for various technologies. It was important that customers would be to choose a suitable house from a variety of different projects. For convenience, we choose to highlight basic parameters (area, construction technology, category etc). Accompanied few parameters with Added descriptive icons (number of floors,rooms, bathrooms and steam rooms).
