Indie single release

Therr Maitz is a Russian indie band, that was best selling artist on iTunes and Apple Music Russia in 2015, and won the Best Russian Artist Award at MTV Europe Music Awards 2016. Working with the band as their press secretary, PR and advertising manager I controlled the creation, release and promotion of their singles and EPs. 

On May 6, 2016 Therr Maitz released "365". Single got to the top of alternative chart of iTunes in the day of release, ahead of RHCP, Radiohead и Coldplay. On the next day track came to the top of Google play, where it held for one week.

MY WORK
Song creation
- Control of the work of sound engineers, who made final mastering for releases
- Manage of recording schedule of musicians

Cover creation management
- communication with British artist Mat Dixon, purchase of rights to use his art-work as a cover
- conclusion of a contract with Mat Dixon
briefing of designers who finalized the single cover, control their work
- coordination of the result with colleagues

Release
- partnership with distribution music services and music platforms (Apple Music and iTunes, VK, Google etc.)
- control of creation of a new branding for Therr Maitz social networks and website, control of branding launch

Promotion
- development and realization of PR campaigns for releases
- preparation of all the materials for promotion (press release, photos, video)
- control of all interactions between Therr Maitz and media, communication with online and print media, radio stations, TV 
- organization of interviews, Therr Maitz participations on radio and television programs.
- editing of all the results of partnerships (interviews, reviews, announcements)

Remixes
- launch of remixes competition on website www.promodj.ru
- searching sponsors for the competition, negotiations, manage partnership with ReStore (Apple products store) and radio station “Megapolis FM”
- control of creation of all materials for the competition page (texts, pictures, etc.)
- communication with participants (mostly DJs), and with winners
- negotiations and conclusion of contracts with several DJs​​​​​​​
