The Museum of Assistive Technology

The brief was to design a brand identity for a Museum of our own imagination. I chose to showcase assistive technology, promoting the idea of using technological advances to enhance the lives of those with disabilities. The purpose of the museum is to draw attention to technology that a normal person would not usually have any use for, but is critical for those who are living with a disability. 

For the brand identity, I decided to emphasise the technology by using brightly-coloured patterns to contrast with black and white imagery. The brightly-coloured patterns represents the term, 'enabled', by suggesting the idea that the technology brings life and ability.

The branding was applied to a business card, envelope and letterhead, and social media (instagram) mockups.
