The prompt for this project in DSGN102 was to create a structure using at least 50 of the same object. I chose one inch wooden cubes as my repeating shape, and I wanted to make an asymmetrical design that was playful and grabbed the viewers eye. As a prototype, I created the yellow section of the structure, and later incorporated it in to my final design. I painted each section a different primary color, but made sure to put a thin coat of paint to let the natural wood texture show through and add more dimension to the piece.
