Brief: The brief was to look at past explorers or expeditions and create a design that captures the achievements and journey they went on.

Concept: So I thought of the idea of treating the Hubble Space Telescope as the explorer as it is an object that takes exploration to a new level by looking out into space and venturing into areas people haven't even imagined.

Outcome: The outcome I created for this brief was a hard bound book named 'Hubble' which presented all the key moments in Hubble's life from its creation to present day and what it has explored and discovered.  

Throughout the book I wanted to explore the achievements Hubble has accomplished but along with the obstacles faced. I also included images from the service missions that occurred over the years to show the people behind the scenes that enable Hubble to work. Each image also came with a caption which involved some more information about the image captured.

Each page would have a title of what the section is about and information about the image, what it is, how large it is, what it is made of, when it was taken and why it is a significant breakthrough for Hubble and astronomy.

I gathered the information and images directly off of NASA's website as this gave me the most clear cut images I could use and download but also keep the information as reliable as possible.
