Bodoni Type Specimen

This type specimen was created for an Advanced Typography class, we were given a few typefaces to chose from and I chose Bodoni.
From an excerpt on the poster:
Due to its intense contrast, Bodoni is often used as a display typeface, or in titles, headings, and other, larger formats. Bodoni works best in an inherently Broadway setting: huge. Bodoni’s presence in itself is huge—there is an immensity to its abundant curves matched with crisp, thin verticals and horizontals. It’s as though the typeface’s compacted and organically geometric forms (yes) are as simple as they are elegant, quietly showing grandeur. So when the letters are displayed so large, for the world to see, the typeface is humble at the same moment it is majestic.
