Hello fellow Artists!

My name is Gene Maltsev and I'm an entrepreneur/interior designer and modern art lover. I'm purchasing my first house in West Palm Beach, FL next month. I'm looking to turn the property into a modern/unique airbnb. Therefore, I would like to paint a mural on the front/side of the house. 

The 2-story house is 32ft wide x 18ft height x 24ft depth. 

I have attached photos of the type of mural I would want. The one attached is by a renown French muralist Shaka & Nosbe.

- Option 1 would be to just paint the front of the house and fence. See pics below.

- Option 2 would be to paint the front and side of the house and fence. See pics.

- Option 3 would be to come up with a different/similar design but not necessarily the same as the one presented in the pics. I am open to similar ideas and suggestions as long as it doesn't exceed the budget (which is under $5k).

I would like to get quotes for all above options as well as the following:

1. How long will it take you to paint the house?

2. Do you have a mock-up of the artwork that you would be producing?

3. How close would the actual mural be to the one presented in the mock-up?

4. Will you be using a projector to paint the exact sketch?

5. Does your quote include cost of materials? If not, how much do you think materials will cost? 

6. Which materials will you need?

7. Are there any other costs, fees that aren't included in your quote?

8. How/When do you expect to get paid? (i.e. 10% up front, and 90% at completion)
