Final Design:

I chose all these elements of my crest for a specific reason. First, I chose to add the flag of the Netherlands behind the "W" because my family comes from a Dutch heritage. I also chose to add a cross because my whole family is Christian. Next, I chose to add a plane in my family crest because, my whole life, my family has always enjoyed traveling places. Also, I chose to add cacti in my crest because I have lived in Arizona my whole life and most of my family lives here as well. Then, I added a roller coaster in the bottom right corner because ever since I was a child, my family has gone to amusement parks and we enjoy it very much. Finally, I decided to add skis in my family crest because I have been skiing since I was 3 years old, and my family goes to ski often.
