• Problem: No single image existent fills request.
• Solution: Create single image from multiple existing images.
At the start of the Joust all the participants parade the arena, then gather in front of the "Royal" box while the national anthem is sung. This moment is the one that was requested as an image. Although there were multiple images of the event, none fulfilled the desired criteria.
I selected a number of the images that could be used to create a single composite:
The intended use is a for print publication spread.
Created a rough composite for the proposal:
After proposal was accepted I began to work on a seamless high resolution final.
Background - the jousting arena looking East. Using image for the sky - and the Mountains. Duplicated on right to make image fit, but now as I'm laying this out I'm thinking - is that necessary?
