The NEXT 2013 Exhibition is a thesis presentation from the graduating students of the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design. My thesis researched Hitchcock's storytelling and film techniques that evoked suspense and fear.
As a final deliverable, I created hand drawn illustrations that explored my personal fears; then I filmed color through fluids and oils, and lastly I developed an animation that created a tone without facial expressions, while experimenting with suggestive sound and ambiguity.
The below exposes my process.
