Fonseka Innovations is a private web and development company established in 2016, who provide consultancy, development, and support services for businesses and government throughout Australia and New Zealand. With an emphasis on innovation, constant learning, and building strong and trusting relationships with their clientele, the company's growth over the years meant for a re-design of their website.
The goal of the re-design was to build a modern, bold, yet professional website while simultaneously maintaining existing design elements of the company's original branding. This includes the use of sans-serif typeface, the company logo and its key colours, as well as illustrative assets that connotes brainstorming, creativity and innovation. The redesign also envisions parallax scrolling, which not only adds a modern and dynamic feel, but further provides a narrative approach that most suitably provides the user with information about the company. It was also important for the company to make it easy for users to contact and connect with them, which is evidenced particularly in the 'Latest News', Newsletter sign-up, social media links, as well as contact links in the navigation bar.
