ABOUT
Vulcain is a French typeface created in the period between the wars and part of a Art-Déco family of typefaces, very popular at that period. It is a heavy, geometric typeface with round curves and a strong personality, with distinctive signs such as using triangles instead of horizontal bars (A, E, F, Q, H, i, j letters). The lowercase a and e are strange, as if not belonging to the rest of the characters, but charming in the same time.
