Scottish Oak Table made from workshop off cuts, Loads of Character on the timber with clusters of knots what I would call Scottish Pippy Oak, Beautiful figuring on the legs, All Hand made and hand cut Mortice & Tenon joints for the top Front, Back and side Stretchers, the stretchers going around the bottom of the table are fixed with dowel joints. For the finish I used a Melamine Laquer wich will protect it against any spillages from cups or plates, it is heat resisstant moister resisstant, I got to say it even finishes well using a brush, but can be sprayed.
