Gradient Mesh Fly

Problem: The eyes were very complicated and the fur was dense around the areas bordering the eyes. The complexity made me lose a lot of time with revisions and mistakes.
Solution: I reduced the gradient mesh on the eyes from 50x50 to a more easily manageable figure of 20x20, while also making a pattern of three different styles of the hairs so I could repeat it while still having some variability.
Results: I believe that the results were satisfactory for the hairs and that the eyes still came out pretty well. I lost a little of the finer detail of the multitude of individual lenses in the fly's eyes, but I still think I managed to capture that element of it in the picture.
