An ambitious residential project, in which every element has been studied in detail, from the external material surfaces, ventilated façade in ceramic granite, corten, wood paneling. To guarantee high standards of safety and acoustic thermal insulation, safety and comfort systems have been studied without giving up today's sophisticated design. The windows and doors have been realized with Schuco thermal cut aluminum profile.
For greater security, each window has been equipped with a motorized anti-burglary grille that wraps itself inside the box inside the masonry. In the same way, the roller shutter and the mosquito nets were also motorized for a remote control of the entire house and a minimal visual impact.
