This is a 1950's Mercury Car in a classic Las Vegas Strip backdrop. Done in warm/cool Grey Tone Prismacolor Premier Markers.  My intentions were to make it feel like a photo captured of Las Vegas nightlife in the 50's. I started out with a sketch on Marker Paper. I then laid down the street and shadow of the vehicle's body. I then started out with a 10% Cool Grey tone for the body color of the vehicle. I slowly worked my way up to 50% Cool Grey Tone for the base color of the car. I went up to 70% in Cool Grey Tone for the shadows on the vehicle, and left the highlights at a 10% to show the reflection in the paint on the vehicle. I went in with a White Prismacolor Colored Pencil to bring out the extreme highlights in the paint and grill. The night sky goes into a gradient starting from 70% Warm Grey and ending at 90%.
