Day 11: Cruel.
The epitome of scum. A celestial dragon as depicted in One Piece, is a racist being who looks down on those who aren't on his level. He discrimates, enslaves and kills for sport. I can't think of anyone more cruel.

Day 13: Guarded.
One of my favourite arcs was Enies Lobby. There the crew came face to face with the infamous CP9, a group of lethal guardians.
Day 14: Clock.
Master Nekomamushi, "Ruler of the Night" and Duke Inuarashi, "Ruler of the Day". These two hate each other like any cat and dog. They are both rulers of Mokomo Dukedom. They only rule in the particular part of the day.
