Book Cover: The Songs of the Sea

This is a book cover design inspired by the pirates and the ocean. Everything on the design is a work of fiction except the synopsis which is taken from a book about the sea, Given to the Sea by Mindy McGinnis. I used it to provide an authetic looking book jacket design.

I got the idea after having a Black Sails and Pirates of the Caribbean marathon, so this idea about a Siren that sings to the sea and attracts the attention of pirates on a hunt for treasure came to mind quite randomly.
