Objective: Create a 36" span using 4" paper squares only. Surmise a way to connect the paper to itself without the assistance of an adhesive such as tape or glue.

Objective: Create a composition of 5 rectangular shapes. Pay attention to design elements such as space, proportion, scale contrast and 3-dimensionality.

Objective: Through the use of a plaster mold, create a set of 7-9 modules. These modules should combine curves and straight lines with sensitivity to various design elements.

Objective: Create a structure that successfully combines straight and curvilinear structures. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various wood joints such as dove tail, mortise and tenon, rabbet and half-lap.

Installation piece for a local dinner theatre production. Approximately 40 volunteers helped to assemble this installation of over 36,000 thumbtacks, for use as an advertisement.
