MongoDB's web properties include multiple sub brands and channels to direct visitors to the correct piece of information. I led the team of designers, content strategist, developers, and marketers on the refresh and site updates for major announcements and product launches.

Using heatmap data and FullStory session recordings that we collected from the site we identified the areas of opportunity for increasing site metrics. The data we collected was useful when presenting our reasoning to executives and stakeholders. This then allowed us to make decisions on content and UX enhancements to the homepage and website experience for different personas.
