To create the true form of the despot guest theatre director and Gargolycan– a mixed breed of Gargoyle and Lycan –from my series, The Adventures of Nerd Boy and Geekie, I modified a typical 12-inch hardwood manikin by using materials like dowels (for the horns and stiletto boots' heels), wood clay (for the face, hands, and legs), toothpicks (for the teeth and nails), compasses (for the wings on her back), and clothing from a thrift store.
