Food Truck Design
GREEN JUNK is a food truck which aims at encouraging the consumption of healthy snacks by college students. This food truck is operational through simple vending of ingredients and compiling them to make a salad or a sandwich. Mobility is the biggest advantage of this design as it can be shuffled from one campus to another at a moment’s notice. This provides ON-THE-GO snacking service for students who are always pressed for time.
