For as long as I can remember, the Barcelona Pavilion has been at the top of my list of Architectures I had wanted to experience. In the summer of 2018, I finally had this opportunity and it did not disappoint. Having studied the works of Architect Mies Van Der Rohe in architecture school for many years I just had to see it for myself. It took me about an hour and a half to really absorb everything the building and surrounding landscaping had to offer. It was only then that I felt adequately equipped to get my creative juices flowing and start composing images that I could take as memories. I will most certainly be revisiting in the future.
