Objective: 

Create a logo, color palette, and typography for Engaged Leadership Consulting, a company focused on helping clients improve employee engagement and growth. The client wanted a combination mark logo with a logo mark that can stand on it's own or accompany the full company name.

Solution:

The logo was designed to capture the essence of the company mission which is the idea that a strong leadership team helps drive engaged employees which leads to company and individual growth. The logo mark of the letter "e" within an arrow showcases the growth driven by engagement.
