Branding Project – Rug Doctor New Zealand

Rug Doctor is proud to be the worldwide leaders in carpet and upholstery care.
I was asked to rebrand Rug Doctor NZ. An extensive consumer insights project was undertaken to understand the needs of the customer involving visiting 20 homes to watch customers use the product.
Easy-to-pour new bottles were created from this as well as new and improved written instructions and videos, signage, labels on the carpet cleaning machine, newsletters, marketing and sales material, stationary and packaging.
