DECONSTRUCTED
A study of taking a single sheet of thick cold rolled steel and manipulating it into a functional design. Careful bends with gentle radii, a stamped seat bottom and flat ends for level seating. Once the form was resolved, the decision was to go with an acid-etched patina. Sealed in a clear coat polyurethane, this chair was designed to work both indoors and out.
