New Dutch police law
Limited edition book design that was officially handed over to queen Beatrix of the Netherlands to symbolise the introduction of the new national police law.
The blue book contains the new Dutch police law. The red book the history of the police law going back to the time of Napoleon, represented in images of historic manuscripts and handcrafted documents. The books are inseparable as they share the same back cover. Designed at Studio Dumbar. 1993.
The book won a prize at the best Dutch book designs in 1994.
