The Baltimore Tattoo Museum logo was designed to highlight the rich history of tattoo art, nautical imagery from the Baltimore Harbour, and the playful creativity of the studios artists.
A tattoo parlour’s reputation rests on it’s professionalism, cleanliness, and safety. It’s branding should represent the same values. That is why the logo is presented cleanly in all practices to reflect the same level of care and precision that a customer would want taken with their own permanent tattoo.
The stationary chosen is a plastic coated soft touch paper than has a tactile feel similar to skin, thus the printed ink becomes almost a tattoo on the paper
