DefDef Jam Rapstar created a hallmark social web site to compliment the rap-battles of the console-based video game. Users can create a profile online and battle people all across the world thanks to the social networking capabilities of the web. The original avatar designed for user's who had not yet uploaded an image for their profile lacked urban style of the game.  After creating several avatar options, the final image of the rapper with a mic was chosen for the brochure web site. All of these avatars represented the concept that anyone could become a rapstar (if just for a few minutes) from playing the game.
